Appreciating that every organisation has unique requirements, we apply a needs-based diagnostic that stewards us in designing and developing the most appropriate bespoke offering and development programme. Tools typically include Heartstyles or The BluePrint™.    

Heartstyles

Heartstyles programmes are built on the world-renowned foundational tool, the Heartstyles Indicator (HSi). The tool gives us a 360° view of an individual’s current behaviours. The indicator also offers an aggregated view of teams and the organisation. The feedback helps understand the current reality, whilst customised leadership programmes help individuals navigate the growth journey to becoming the best and most effective versions of themselves, ensuring healthier teams and organisations alike. The HSi can be re-taken at any stage to measure progress made.

The BluePrint 

The Cultural BluePrint™

The Cultural BluePrint™ provides information for designing your culture. The report provides a visual representation of your current culture – those shared beliefs and values within your organisation – as well as an explanation of how those beliefs impact performance. This report also provides ideas on how you can expand your enabling beliefs while reducing your limiting ones. Once the culture is measured, via survey, the organisation then defines its desired culture profile by completing a second survey from this new perspective, based on needs and the situation. 

​The Leadership BluePrint™

The Leadership BluePrint™ provides feedback on an individual’s current set of beliefs, which are the parts of our personality that are learned. Those beliefs impact our ability to lead. They can be helpful, driving confidence and empowering us, while other beliefs are not helpful, limiting our actions and constraining us. This report provides individuals with a visual representation of beliefs so that leaders can take inventory of what they have internalised. The results guide the individual through choices, allowing them to reject limiting beliefs and replace them with more effective, empowering behaviours that will leverage their talents, skills, and knowledge.
